- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an electronic invoice, which will include your order number, order details, username and password (which you have chosen). Your username and password will allow you to check the status of your order.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
- The Site assumes no responsibility for the requirements and regulations of the country of the original purchaser. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

- – Your address must not be registered in the customs database as a blacklisted address (at least one package blocked by customs in the 5 years preceding the order). In this case, please send us a new address and a new name without any previous history before confirming your order. If your address is blacklisted, you will not be entitled to a refund for your order. The order will not be refunded and the delivery guarantee will not apply in the event of force majeure caused by circumstances beyond the control of 2getmass.to.
- – 2getmass.to reserves the right to modify or discontinue guaranteed delivery options at its discretion.
IMPORTANT: THE ONLY COMPENSATION POSSIBLE UNDER THIS GUARANTEE IS THE REFUND OF YOUR ORDER THROUGH THE RETURN OF ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR THIS DELIVERY GUARANTEE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF RETURNING YOUR ORDER. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS GUARANTEE IS 700 EUROS.
PAYMENT
- Payment is made by bank transfer, Western Union (at an ATM or by credit card), and by credit card. Orders can only be processed after full payment has been received.
- The currency used for the transaction is the Euro. The amount debited from the bank card account used will depend on the Euro exchange rate on the day of the debit and any exchange fees charged by the card-issuing bank.
- To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Orders not paid in full cannot be delivered and will not be refunded.

- If the goods are seized by customs, the customer has 9 days following the seizure to inform us.
- The site takes no responsibility for loss or destruction of your package by customs.
- The customer acknowledges that they order these products under their full and entire responsibility.
- Under no circumstances will the site be held responsible for any legal consequences that may arise following an order on the site.
- In the event of a customs seizure, you must return to us within 15 days of the seizure, the official proof of seizure of your package by customs (letter sent by the customs administration).
- No return of goods will be accepted without original and official proof of seizure and/or destruction of the package by customs (The document must be returned by email to our Customer Service accompanied by its envelope). This condition is not deviable under any circumstances.
- The site will not take any action with customs and/or transport companies for the search, tracking, status or location of packages.
LOYALTY CONDITIONS
- The site reserves the right to remove all loyalty benefits from a customer at any time without notice.

Miscellaneous information
Customs services cannot intervene when ordering or purchasing a product "online" from a website. This intervention may, however, be carried out at the time of actual delivery of the product.
Community regulations provide for the possibility for customs officers to detain suspect goods for a maximum period of 10 working days, provided that the recipient has previously filed a request for intervention with customs. If, at the end of the ten-day period, customs officers have not provided proof of the non-conformity of the seized package, the detention is lifted and the goods returned to their owner.
