CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

  1. The Site assumes no responsibility for the requirements and regulations of the country of the original purchaser. PRODUCTS

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

  1. The site delivers the goods ordered to the address indicated when placing your order, in the "delivery address" tab.
  2. The customer is solely responsible for entry errors and / or the incompleteness of the delivery address. The customer will bear the cost of reshipment if applicable.

  3. - The delivery address used for guaranteed delivery must be complete, detailed and perfectly accurate.

  5. - Our guaranteed delivery options are only available for items offering a message relating to these services on their detail page, or during the ordering process.   6.   8. - If your package is delivered, even if you have not signed the delivery note, our delivery guarantee will be fulfilled and you will not be entitled to a refund of your order.
  9. - If your package is delivered and someone other than the one listed on the package collects your package (neighbor, family or other), our delivery guarantee will be fulfilled and you will not be entitled to a refund of your order.
  10. - Guaranteed delivery does not apply if you have a damaged, partially destroyed or non-existent letterbox.
  11. - Guaranteed delivery does not apply if you have a mailbox shared by several households.
  12. - Only the online tracking on the website of the official carrier used is made.
  13. - Your address must not be registered in the customs database as a black-listed address (at least one package blocked by customs in the 5 years preceding the order). In this case, please send us a new address and a new name without precedent before confirming your order. If your address turns out to be blacklisted, you will not be entitled to a refund of your order. The order will not be refunded and the delivery guarantee will not apply in the event of force majeure caused by circumstances beyond the control of 2getmass.to.
  14. - 2getmass.to reserves the right to modify or discontinue guaranteed delivery options at its discretion.

IMPORTANT: THE ONLY POSSIBLE DAMAGE UNDER THE APPLICATION OF THIS WARRANTY IS THE REFUND OF YOUR ORDER THROUGH A RETURN OF ALL ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR THIS DELIVERY GUARANTEE. THE COSTS OF RETURNING YOUR ORDER ARE THE CHARGE OF THE CUSTOMER. THE MAXIMUM ELIGIBLE AMOUNT FOR THIS GUARANTEE IS 700 EUROS.

PAYMENT

  1. Payment is made by bank transfer, by western union (counter or credit card) and by credit card. Orders can only become effective after receipt of full payment.
  2. The currency used for the transaction is the Euro. The amount, debited from the account of the bank card used, will depend on the rate of the Euro on the day of the debit and any exchange charges charged by the bank issuing the card.
  3. To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Orders not fully paid for cannot be delivered and will not be refunded.
  4. When processing your payment transactions, the site adapts the most demanding security standards on the market such as SSL 3.0 encryption techniques.

  6. All payment data is anonymous and is deleted immediately after your payment.

EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS

  1. The site declines all responsibility in the event of customs seizure.
  2. If the goods are seized by customs, the customer has a period of 9 days following the seizure to inform us.
  3. The site takes no responsibility for the loss or destruction of your package by customs.
  4. The customer acknowledges ordering these products under his full and entire responsibility.
  5. Under no circumstances will the site be held responsible for any legal consequences that may arise as a result of an order on the site.
  6. In the event of a customs seizure, you must return to us within 15 days after the seizure, the official proof of seizure of your package by customs (mail sent by the customs administration).
  7. No return of goods will be accepted without original and official proof of seizure and / or destruction of the parcel by customs (The document must be returned by email to our Customer Service accompanied by its envelope). This condition is in no way derogable.
  8. The site will not take any action with customs and / or transport companies for the search, tracking, status or location of packages.

LOYALTY CONDITIONS

  1. The site gives itself the right at any time to withdraw all the loyalty benefits of a customer without notice.
  2. Each loyalty step is validated at the discretion of the site manager.

Various information

The customs services cannot intervene during the order or the purchase "on line" of a product offered on an Internet site. This intervention may, however, be carried out at the time of the actual delivery of the product.

Community regulations provide for the possibility, for customs officers, of detaining suspicious goods for a period of 10 working days maximum, on condition that the recipient has previously lodged a request for intervention with customs. If, at the end of the ten-day period, the customs agents have not provided proof of the non-conformity of the seized package, the withholding is lifted and the goods returned to their owner.
