ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  3. Cancellations of orders after payment are not accepted.
  4. Once the order has been validated, you will receive an electronic invoice, which will include; your order number, your order details, username and password (which you choose). Your username and password will allow you to check the status of your order.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

  1. The Site assumes no responsibility for the requirements and regulations of the country of the original purchaser. The buyer agrees not to transgress local laws of the Medicines Agency and with the local Ministry of Health regulations of the country, including when compulsory prescriptions necessary when importing pharmaceutical products.
  2. You must be 21 years of age or older.
  3. You must NOT be addicted to any medications purchased on the site.
  4. You must be aware of the functions and side effects of all items purchased.
  5. You should be aware of the proper dosages and instructions for each medicine purchased.
  6. You must agree that your purchase must be for legal use.
  7. You should know and understand the laws of your country and state regarding the purchase of prescription drugs and agree to hold the owners and operators of this site harmless for your actions.

PRODUCTS

All products have expiration dates printed on them. If you receive products with an expired date, do not use them and contact us immediately. Unless otherwise stated, we make no exchanges, no returns or warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the products sold.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

  1. The site delivers the goods ordered to the address indicated when placing your order, in the "delivery address" tab.
  2. The customer is solely responsible for entry errors and / or the incompleteness of the delivery address. The customer will bear the cost of reshipment if applicable.
  3. The products are prepared and packaged by the site in their original packaging or in a closed packaging appropriate to the content. The site has the possibility of changing the original packaging without modifying the products which compose it without notifying the customer in advance.
  4. The site normally delivers your goods within 3 to 9 working days, but sometimes a delay in delivery can be observed. This delay is beyond our control.   1. - To benefit from guaranteed delivery, you must have selected one of our guaranteed delivery options.
  2. - In order for your order to benefit from these delivery guarantees, your payment must have been successfully validated.
  3. – The delivery address used for a guaranteed delivery must be complete, detailed and perfectly accurate.
  4. – The surname and first name used during a guaranteed delivery must be perfectly exact and complete. In addition, the first and last name used in the context of guaranteed delivery must be the same as the registered name and holder of the mailbox.
  5. – Our guaranteed delivery options are only available for items offering a message relating to these services on their detail page, or during the checkout process. If the item detail page or checkout process does not include this message, the item does not qualify for these guaranteed delivery options.
  6. As part of our guaranteed delivery, our site may at any time decide to interrupt shipments if we believe that your package is exposed to a pitfall that could compromise its delivery (customs blockage, strike within carriers that may cause significant delays but also loss of parcels…). This period of interruption does not exceed 15 days.
  7. – In the context of guaranteed deliveries, a signature is always required on delivery, if at least one delivery attempt takes place and if you are absent, our delivery guarantee will be fulfilled and you will not be entitled to a refund of your order.
  8. – If your package is delivered, even if you have not signed the delivery note, our delivery guarantee will be fulfilled and you will not be entitled to a refund of your order.
  9. – If your package is delivered and someone other than the one listed on the package picks up your package (neighbour, family or other), our delivery guarantee will be fulfilled and you will not be entitled to a refund of your order.
  10. – Guaranteed delivery does not apply if you have a degraded, partially destroyed or non-existent mailbox.
  11. – Guaranteed delivery does not apply if you have a mailbox shared by several households.
  12. - Only the online tracking on the website of the official carrier used is made.
  13. – Your address must not be registered in the customs database as a blacklisted address (at least one package blocked by customs in the 5 years preceding the order). In this case, please send us a new address and a new name without prior history before confirming your order. If your address turns out to be blacklisted, you will not be entitled to a refund of your order. The order will not be refunded and the delivery guarantee will not apply in the event of force majeure caused by circumstances beyond the control of 2getmass.to.
  14. – 2getmass.to reserves the right to change or discontinue guaranteed delivery options at its discretion.

IMPORTANT: THE ONLY POSSIBLE COMPENSATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICATION OF THIS GUARANTEE IS THE REIMBURSEMENT OF YOUR ORDER BY RETURNING ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR THIS DELIVERY GUARANTEE. THE COSTS OF RETURNING YOUR ORDER ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS COVER IS 700 EUROS.

PAYMENT

  1. Payment is made by bank transfer, by western union (counter or CB) and by credit card. Orders can only become effective after receipt of full payment.
  2. The currency used for the transaction is the Euro. The amount, debited from the account of the bank card used, will depend on the rate of the Euro on the day of the debit and any exchange charges charged by the bank issuing the card.
  3. To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Orders not fully paid for cannot be delivered and will not be refunded.
  4. When processing your payment transactions, the site adapts the most demanding security standards on the market such as SSL 3.0 encryption techniques.
  5. The information is protected using SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level currently available on the market).
  6. All payment data is anonymous and is deleted immediately after your payment.
  7. All payment costs, whatever the medium used, are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS

  1. The site declines all responsibility in the event of customs seizure.
  2. If the goods are seized by customs, the customer has a period of 9 days following the seizure to inform us.
  3. The site takes no responsibility for the loss or destruction of your package by customs.
  4. The customer acknowledges ordering these products under his full and entire responsibility.
  5. Under no circumstances will the site be held responsible for any legal consequences that may arise as a result of an order on the site.
  6. In the event of customs seizure, you must return to us within 15 days after the seizure, the official proof of seizure of your package by customs (mail sent by the customs administration).
  7. No return of goods will be accepted without original and official proof of seizure and / or destruction of the parcel by customs (The document must be returned by email to our Customer Service accompanied by its envelope). This condition is in no way derogable.
  8. The site will not take any action with customs and / or transport companies for the search, tracking, status or location of packages.

LOYALTY CONDITIONS

  1. The site gives itself the right at any time to withdraw all the loyalty benefits of a customer without notice.
  2. Each loyalty step is validated at the discretion of the site manager.

Various information

Customs services cannot intervene when ordering or purchasing “online” a product offered on a website. This intervention may, however, be carried out at the time of the actual delivery of the product.

Community regulations provide for the possibility for customs officers to detain suspect goods for a maximum period of 10 working days, provided that the recipient has previously filed a request for action with customs. If, at the end of the ten-day period, the customs agents have not provided proof of the non-compliance of the parcel seized, the withholding is lifted and the goods returned to their owner.
