Always satisfied

It took a little longer this time because it was a different brand from a different platform, and I wasn't used to these delivery times. Order 2GM4219420010 never received

After 3 months almost weekly promises that you will send my order it never got sent!

You ordered from the HILMA brand, which initially experienced a delay due to the peak season.

We are sincerely sorry for this. After some time following shipment, the tracking information stopped updating. We then opened an investigation with the shipping point, which confirmed that the delivery was suspended due to customs restrictions in your area.
You subsequently asked us to confirm when deliveries would resume from the brand, but we did not receive a concrete date.

Following this, a replacement was considered to avoid any further delays. The replacement of your order with the PHARMAQO brand has been approved, and the order is currently being processed. We notified you of a shipment last week that was not delivered, and we apologize again for this. However, this does not mean we will not honor our commitment to send the products you have paid for.

Good products, but since my order was never delivered and the postman didn't leave a delivery notice, I no longer trust them, especially since I paid for insurance. As of July 26, your package was returned because you did not provide the necessary documents to customs:

Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide a real return address. Therefore, the package will be permanently lost.
From an objective point of view, the failure of your delivery is independent of our will but due to a lack of documentation on your part.

My order arrived incomplete, on the site the missing product is out of stock, you don't need to be very intelligent to understand what happened. We then informed you that your entire order should have been delivered in one package.
To open a claim with the shipping point, we asked you for a photo of the products received as well as the packaging showing the package references.
You then confirmed to us that the packaging had already been thrown away and was no longer in your possession. We understood this, but we then requested a photo of all the products you received, which is necessary for your file.
In response, you sent us a photo of an open bottle with no reference or branding, as well as bare pilsners.
In fact, the slow processing time is not our fault because the information we request from you is not provided.
