I am getting back to you regarding package no. 05162815238371
because I am really at my wit's end with this situation which remains unresolved and it is causing me real harm.
As a reminder, the tracking (https://www.ship24.com/tracking?p=05162815238371) indicates that:
• The same day, the package was returned to the sender (you), which is abnormal.
I never received any notification (SMS, call, delivery notice) indicating an attempted delivery, and the relay point never received my package. I went and contacted DPD and they confirmed that:
• The delivery person did not follow the delivery instructions at the relay point.
• The return to the warehouse on the same day (20/05/2025) was bizarre and unjustified. and no notion was made of attempted delivery to the relay point.
• As the recipient, I cannot file a complaint directly with DPD; only the sender (you) can do that.
I have opened a complaint with DPD and am waiting for their written confirmation, but they have already verbally confirmed that the error is on their side.
I am in a difficult position because I cannot take direct action against DPD – it is up to you, as the sender, to contact DPD to clarify this error and assert your rights. I therefore ask you to please:
• Contact DPD to confirm what I said and obtain an explanation for the lack of delivery to the relay point and the unjustified return the same day without any delivery attempt.
• Consider a gesture on your part, for the return of the package
hoping that you will understand my situation, and that I will assume any irresponsibility on my part.
I realize this situation is frustrating for both of us, but I hope you can help me resolve this issue. I've already done everything I can, and I hope you can take the necessary steps to ensure I receive my package.
