Order paid for but still pending and no after-sales service

Good morning,

I have placed three orders on your site in the past (specifically in 2016 and 2023) and everything has always gone perfectly. Customer service responded quickly to emails and I have never encountered any problems.

Last week, I placed another order, carefully following all the steps and instructions on your website. I successfully confirmed my order and made the payment in Bitcoin. The amount was debited from my bank account, and I also sent you the payment confirmation.

However, my order still appears as “pending” on my account.

To understand the situation, I have already contacted customer service five times. I have sent you several items to facilitate verification: a video of the payment process, screenshots, proof of transaction, etc., in case an error occurred on my end.

Despite this, the situation has still not changed: the payment has been made but the order remains pending.

I must admit to being disappointed by the customer service follow-up, which does not seem to be dealing with my problem quickly, does not respond quickly enough to my messages and does not assist me in verifying the payment procedure.

If the problem is resolved, I will change my opinion.

On March 5th, we contacted you again because your order has not yet been validated and we asked if you had encountered any problems.
You then replied that the payment was made via Bitcoin, which is usually fast because the order is validated as soon as we receive the funds.
Since the order status hasn't been updated yet, we asked you to complete a payment form to verify the Wallet address you used for the transaction. You subsequently sent us a video, which our system doesn't support. We already informed you of this.
You sent us the payment form afterward, but you restarted the discussion without receiving a response. This led to your email being processed the following day. As a reminder, customer service responds within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your message.
We apologize if the late response gave you the impression that you were not being taken care of.

Issues were helped quickly.

The only thing I keep having issues with is the payment confirmation page. It doesn't always like to accept my input, but customer service has always helped confirm payment afterwards.
