Each warehouse has different shipping rates and sends a separate package, resulting in additional shipping charges if you order from multiple warehouses.
Delivery times also vary depending on the warehouse and depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., therefore we give you an approximation based on our statistics and past experience.
Maximum discretion is used for packaging and shipping. Our premium delivery service uses First Class Priority Airmail, the safest and most secure method for this type of shipping.
Information: If you reside in a European country, customs sometimes ask you to pay additional European VAT charges on your package, generally less than 30 Euros, only for these Warehouses:

If all or part of your order is missing, broken or seized by customs, we will resend your order to you free of charge (1 re-send maximum).
We will send you your tracking number immediately after sending your package and you can track your package via the carrier's website (we will send you all the information by email with your tracking number).
*Insurance does not cover return if:
- You made a mistake in the delivery address.
- If the package remains at the post office for too long even though we have warned you that you should collect it.
- Non-delivery of the package is your responsibility.
- If you do not provide us with a new address and name for returning the order.
- Insurance entitles you to return the order once, not to a refund.
- Order returns are made once a month.
How to track my package?
Once your order has been paid, it will be prepared and then shipped if all products are in stock.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.
If you ordered from multiple warehouses, you will receive multiple emails with multiple tracking numbers because you will be receiving multiple packages.
On the page Track the order , please enter your tracking number to track your package.
You can also enter your order number with the secret code (for example, " 2GM00001-5z5ZVKVlQaz3fRktLp..") to track all the packages in your order at once (as you may have multiple packages if you ordered from multiple warehouses), you can then click on each tracking number to view the tracking information for the different warehouses.
