Each warehouse offers different shipping fees and sends a separate package, hence additional shipping charges if you order from multiple warehouses.

Delivery times also vary depending on the warehouse and depend on various factors such as the efficiency of the postal service, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we give you an approximation based on our statistics and past experience.

Maximum discretion is used for packaging and shipping. Our premium delivery service uses first-class priority airmail, the safest and most secure method for this type of shipment.

How to track my package?

Once your order has been paid, it will be prepared and then shipped if all products are in stock.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.

If you have ordered from multiple warehouses, you will receive multiple emails with multiple tracking numbers because you will receive multiple packages.

On the page Track the order , please enter your tracking number to track your package.
You can also enter your order number along with the secret code (for example, “2GM00001-5z5ZVKVlQaz3fRktLp..“) to track all the parcels in your order at once (because you may have multiple parcels if you ordered from multiple warehouses), you can then click on each tracking number to view tracking information from the different warehouses.
