How to track my package?
Once your order has been paid, it will be prepared and then shipped if all products are in stock.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.
If you ordered from multiple warehouses, you will receive multiple emails with multiple tracking numbers because you will be receiving multiple packages.
On the page Track the order , please enter your tracking number to track your package.
You can also enter your order number with the secret code (for example, "Β 2GM00001-5z5ZVKVlQaz3fRktLp..") to track all the packages in your order at once (as you may have multiple packages if you ordered from multiple warehouses), you can then click on each tracking number to view the tracking information for the different warehouses.
