WU is a reliable payment solution for any transaction. We chose WU because payments are fast and confidential. You have the option of going to one of the many WU outlets.

HOW DO I PAY MY ORDER WITH WU?

After placing your order, we give you a payee to pay for your order.

Please use the payment information available on the order confirmation page.

If you wish to access this payment information again after confirming your order, please visit MY ACCOUNT and click on “Checkout”. Please validate your order again and you will again have access to the latest valid payment information.

  • You can pay on the WU website or directly at the WU branch.
  • Only available for orders from 120€ ($120).
  • Beneficiary valid for a period of 4 days from the order on the site.
  • Single-use beneficiary: do not reuse the same beneficiary after having already paid an order with it.
  • If you are paying with € (Euro), please request that the beneficiary also receive €.
  • If you are paying with $ (Dollar), please request that the beneficiary also receive € $.
  • If you pay in another currency than $ or €, then please ask that the beneficiary receives in $.

1.a – Go to a WU agency to pay

You can visit the Wu official website, then “Points of sale“.

Then go to the WU branch of your choice with your ID and beneficiary information for the money transfer, then complete the "To send money" form.

Fill out the sending form and return it to the counter, along with the amount to be sent and money transfer fees at your expense.

Please note that transaction fees are your responsibility. For example, if you have a purchase order of 250 €. We must receive exactly this amount, otherwise we will not accept the transaction.

Under no circumstances should you specify that this is a commercial transaction.

IMPORTANT: In "Reason for payment", you must ABSOLUTELY choose "Humanitarian aid" or "Gift" (or similar).
Please NEVER choose “help a loved one” (or anything related to loved ones), or your payment may be canceled.

1.b – Another alternative: go to the WU site to pay

You can visit the Wu official website, then on “Send money”.

Please note, the money transfer fees are your responsibility.
