Some principles of general nutrition
- 5 meals per day
- Quality food so forget fast food and other "junk food"
- Protein at every meal. (Target high protein foods alternating with powdered protein)
- Promote good fats (dried fruits, fish, olive oil, etc.)
- Avoid saturated fats (sauces, fried foods, etc.)
- Do not too salty, instead use spices (coriander, thyme etc.)
- Prefer steaming, baking or grilling without fat
- Do not skip meals
- Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water per day to drain the body well and increase the volume of muscle cells.
- As a reminder: 1g of carbohydrates = 4 kcal; 1g of protein = 4 kcal; 1g of Fat = 9 kcal
Specifics of the weight gain diet
It is important to take into account the genetic basis, each individual has a different morphotype and genetics. What remains common to everyone, however, is that to increase the lean body mass, the number of daily calories must be greater than the number of calories burned.
A weight gain regimen is generally reserved either for those who have difficulty in gaining weight (ectomorphic, that is to say very dry physique by nature), or to those who want to radically pass a milestone in volume even if it means taking a little fat mass.
The carbohydrate intake (rice, pasta, potatoes, cereals, etc.) must be particularly high at each food intake to stimulate mass gain by particularly storing carbohydrate reserves (glycogen) as much as possible.
Proteins such as meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, whey… are essential for nourishing the muscles and must also be provided in a sustained manner, otherwise it will be impossible to gain mass.
Foods high in fat require less vigilance than for other programs, they can be useful for rapidly increasing calorie intake (1g = 9kcal). Don't overdo it.

Food supplements
Snacks and powdered supplements (proteins, creatines, BCAAs, etc.) and weight loss are also important. We recommend :
- 1 shaker of sheathing for each snack (40gr + 250ml of water).
- 1 protein shaker after each workout + 1 shaker for the evening snack (40gr + 250 ml of water).
- 2 BCAA amino acid tablets with each meal.
II - OUR SPORTING ADVICE
When you are aiming for a bulky mass gain, we do not recommend cardio-type training in order to concentrate 100% on the bodybuilding. Exercises involving large muscle groups are more effective for building mass because they induce a stronger anabolic signal (squat, bench press, deadlift, etc.).

Day 4: Thighs / Calves
