Cytomel is a synthetic thyroid hormone that exists only in tablets. It is one of the most powerful thyroid hormones and its properties are strongly anabolic.

There are 2 types of synthetic thyroid hormones. A distinction is made between thyroid hormones of the L-T4 type and those of the L-T3 type, such as Cytomel. By far the more potent of the two is Cytomel. People who have tried it report that the results obtained with Cytomel are 4 to 5 times better than those with type L-T4. The mode of action of Cytomel is as follows: it increases protein synthesis and therefore produces muscle mass gain.
