If all or part of your order is missing, broken or seized at customs, we will resend your order free of charge (1 return maximum).
We will send you your tracking number immediately after your package is sent and you can track your package via the carrier's website (we will send you all the information via email with your tracking number).
Insurance does not cover the return if :
- You made a mistake in the delivery address.
- If the package remains at the post office for too long even though we have warned you to go and collect it.
- The non-delivery of the package is your responsibility.
- If you do not provide us with a new address and name for the return of the order.
- Insurance entitles you to return the order and not to a refund.
- Returns are made once a month.
