How do I know the status of my order?

Check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. There you will find current orders and previous orders. Click on one of them to find out when your order will ship.
Check your email to see if you have received shipping confirmation. This email will confirm the expected delivery date for your order and a link to the shipping company's website with the tracking number for your order.
If your order has shipped, please check the expected delivery times via the tracking number to know when your order should arrive.
