When will I receive a tracking number?
2GetMass puts 13 warehouses at your disposal to deliver efficiently and quickly.
Once the payment has been validated, your order is in preparation.
You will receive by email a tracking number when the order is sent as well as a track url 17 to track the progress of your package.
Be aware that if you ordered from multiple warehouses, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Choose the warehouse according to its availability in your country, each one has its specificity and the delivery time differs from one warehouse to another.

What company do you use?
2GetMass chooses the best carrier based on the destination country.
When sending your package, a tracking number will be sent to you as well as a tracking link.
You will be able to follow the delivery of your package to your door.
The status of my order is not up to date
Don't worry.
Between the time you paid for your order and the time of its validation, count 2 to 3 days before the status of your order changes to "payment confirmed".
Then we manually update the status every 24/48h as your order progresses.
However, if the status does not change for several days, please contact our customer service.
The tracking number for my package does not exist
Don't worry. Sometimes when we send you your tracking number, it is not registered yet. Wait 1 or 2 days after receiving it, to properly track your package.
Our customer service will be at your disposal if necessary.

The Shipping Guarantee* is a guaranteed 100% secure delivery available worldwide. Thanks to this system, you benefit from secure delivery within an average of 7 to 15 working days.

The guarantee protects you against breakage, loss or seizure of your package by customs.
If all or part of your order is missing, broken or seized at customs, we will resend your order free of charge (1 return maximum).
We will send you your tracking number immediately after your package has been sent and you can track your package via the carrier's website (we will send you all the information by e-mail with your tracking number).
The insurance does not cover the return if :
- You made a mistake in the delivery address.
- If the package stays too long at the post office when we warned you to pick it up.
- The non-delivery of the package is your responsibility.
- If you do not provide us with a new address and name for the return of the order.
- The insurance gives the right to return the order and not to a refund.
- Returns are made once a month.

We have set up 13 warehouses around the world to deliver faster and more efficiently!
Each warehouse offers different shipping costs and sends a separate package, hence additional shipping costs if you order from multiple warehouses.
Delivery times also vary by warehouse and depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc.
Packing and shipping are done with the utmost discretion. Our premium delivery service uses First Class Priority Airmail, the safest and most reliable way for this type of shipment.

2getmass.to sets up a dozen warehouses to allow our customers to receive their packages quickly and efficiently.
Two options are offered to our customers:
Formula 1) "Express Delivery": This is the standard delivery of your package
Formula 2 ) "GUARANTEED EXPRESS DELIVERY": a delivery which guarantees a new shipment in the event of your delivery failure
Shipping costs vary from warehouse to warehouse.

Note that additional shipping charges will apply for shipping to multiple warehouses. To avoid this, you can order products from the same warehouse.
With the "GUARANTEED EXPRESS DELIVERY" formula, the delivery of your order is covered by insurance by paying 10% of the total amount of the order.
The warranty protects you against breakage, loss or seizure of your package in customs.
