How do I pay for my order with Moneygram?

After placing your order, you have a beneficiary to pay for your order.

Please use the payment information available on the order confirmation page.

If you would like to access this new payment information after submitting your order, please go to the ACCOUNT page and click “Pay Order”. Please confirm your order again and you will return to the last valid payment information.

  • European beneficiary valid for a period of 5 days from the order on the site.
  • Single-use beneficiary: do not reuse the same beneficiary who has already paid for an order with it.
  • If you pay with € (euros), ask that the recipient also receives € (euros).
  • Be careful not to make a transfer of less than €50 (minimum accepted).

1- Go to a MoneyGram agency to pay

You can visit the MoneyGram official website, click on the country of your choice and click on “Find an agency”.

Then go to the agency of your choice with your identity document and the contact details of the beneficiary of the money transfer.

Complete the form and send it to the counter with the amount to be sent and money transfer costs at your expense.

Please note that transaction fees are your responsibility. For example, if you have a check voucher for €250. We must receive exactly this amount, otherwise we will not accept the transaction.

In all cases, you must specify that this is a commercial transaction.

2 – Send us the MoneyGram payment confirmation

To collect your payment and confirm your order, you must send us the Moneygram reference code that was communicated to you. This step is very important.

3 - Validation and shipping of your order
