Winstrol is composed of stanozolol. It is an anabolic steroid available orally or by injection. In this article, we will focus on the injectable route.
Stanozolol is a moderate anabolic and weakly androgenic steroid. This means that it produces fairly average gains in muscle mass and strength. However, the mass gained through Winstrol has the advantage of being of good quality and lasting because this gain is not due to water retention, as is the case with many anabolics. Winstrol is used by bodybuilders mainly in drying cycles because it drastically reduces water and fat retention. However, since it is a fairly moderate product, it is often used in combination with more powerful anabolics that compensate for its lack of anabolic properties and guarantee greater mass gains.
Since Winstrol is a weakly androgenic product, its side effects are very low. The usual virilizing effects occur only rarely. Winstrol does not aromatize into estrogen, which excludes the risk of gynecomastia. The injectable form is almost always preferred. It is certainly less pleasant to administer, but it is in no way toxic and gives much better results than taking it in pill form.
The usual dose of Winstrol is 100 to 300 mg per week in injections. Injections are given 2 to 3 times per week at a minimum. Some go as far as once a day or every other day.
