Payment by MONEYGRAM to a European beneficiary

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH MONEYGRAM?

After placing your order, you have a beneficiary to pay for your order.

Please use the payment information available on the order confirmation page.

If you wish to access this payment information again after confirming your order, please visit MY ACCOUNT and click on “Checkout”. Please validate your order again and you will again have access to the latest valid payment information.

  • European beneficiary valid for a period of 5 days from the order on the site.
  • Single-use beneficiary: do not reuse the same beneficiary after having already paid an order with it.
  • If you are paying with € (Euro), please request that the beneficiary also receive €.
  • If you are paying with $ (Dollar), please request that the beneficiary also receive € $.
  • If you pay in another currency than $ or €, then please ask that the beneficiary receives in $.
  • Be careful not to make a lower transfer at 120 € (120$) (minimum accepted).

1.a - Go to a ΠG agency to pay

You can visit the ΠG official website, click on the country of your choice then on “Find an agency”.

Then go to the agency of your choice with your ID and beneficiary information for the money transfer.

Fill out the sending form and return it to the counter, along with the amount to be sent and money transfer fees at your expense.

Please note that transaction fees are your responsibility. For example, if you have a purchase order of 250 €. We must receive exactly this amount, otherwise we will not accept the transaction.

Under no circumstances should you specify that this is a commercial transaction.

1.b - Another alternative: online payment on the ΠG website

You can visit the ΠG official website, click on your country and then on “Send money online”.

Then select the payment method of your choice as topengo (no ID needed) or bde (registration and verification required). Follow the instructions on the screen. Money transfer fees at your expense.

Please note that transaction fees are your responsibility. For example, if you have a purchase order of 250 €. We must receive exactly this amount, otherwise we will not accept the transaction.
