With the "GUARANTEED EXPRESS DELIVERY" formula, the delivery of your order is covered by insurance by paying 10% of the total amount of the order.

The warranty protects you against breakage, loss or seizure of your package in customs.

Due to updates or rare technical issues, our website may be offline for short periods of time. In some circumstances, we had to change our domain name extension (.org, .net, .com, etc.) before launching a new website.

We can always be reached directly by e-mail and/or via the contact form on the relevant website. No order is lost and payment information is correctly recorded.

  • If the package stays too long at the post office when we warned you to pick it up.

  • The insurance gives the right to return the order and not to a refund.
