hello, order place on June 20th and to date still nothing received.
The package has been stuck in a sorting center since July 15, awaiting delivery.
After contacting support, I was told to check with the delivery agency and when I contacted them, I was told to check with the sender because only they can have the information.
Each time it returns the ball.
Payment made with insurance, but to date since my email last week with a screenshot of the conversation, but no response.
Disappointed for a first order of the lack of responsiveness.

Customer for several years, I deplore a drop in the quality of your customer service.
I have placed 2 new orders in the last 2 months.
The last date is June 4th, for prime products that your support indicates can be delivered very quickly 4 5 days for France hence my choice being currently in treatment I therefore need to quickly complete my personal stock to last until the end, 20 days later no tracking the support who tells me the same story difficulty of supply sorry.
Please inform your customers that you are unable to deliver products on time to avoid them experiencing my situation.
Since the support does not provide me with a clear answer here is my request:
My Prime brand Anavar product is not available despite the fact that you sold it to me, so please take the initiative and send me equivalent or larger quantities by express delivery in a different brand/company.
I don't understand why your customer service team doesn't have the presence of mind to make this kind of decision.

Mi qualification is sobresaliente for 4 motives:
1- Plazo de entrega: desde que realicé el pedido hasta que lo tuve en mis manos, apenas pasaron 2 semanas.
2- Productos recibidos: exactamente los que compré.
3- Caducidad de los productos: more than one year from the reception.
4- Efectividad/Calidad de los products: estoy en la semana 4 de uso y los efectos que tienen son los esperados. Functional.
