Very little PIP! The Winni was of great quality as well. I saw results within 2 weeks of starting this go-round- put on size, but I didn't get too bloated thanks to the BoldE and Winni. I also had some excellent strength gains.
By week 4, I was maxed out as far as weights go on all of the โHammer Strengthโ, cables, and other machines I use for certain things. I am now their HUGE fan and will continue to use this awesome gear for as long as possible. Thank you for providing such consistently great products!!
